Any items that have been in the message and have made a payment can be canceled if the goods have not been sent.
Goods that have been sent can be returned 1 month after the goods arrived, and the return of goods must be reported to us first, and certainly the goods are still in a state of intact and has not been used.

Goods can be exchanged if the goods received by the customer does not match the description of the goods.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
